So this morning we got the e-mail!!
Our MOWA letter is in!!
The courts have signed off on our file.
We are now officially the parents to Dibora!!
What amazing news!!
We are told that the staff in Ethiopia will now be compiling D's birth certificate and passport to send to the High Commission in Nairobi. Once the documents are there we simply sit and wait for the news that they have issued our daughter's permanent residence visa.
Once the Visa is issued we may travel to pick her up!

ReplyDeleteI too have to add another congrats over here on your blog, I am not sure my post showed up on the yahoo board , Your news keeps me going.
I also have been with Imagine since 2007 ( first with Ecuador ) So seeing a family that made it this far with this date picked me up and charged me to hold on through this next part of the wait.
Hope you have been sleeping better and have celebrated well.
